At Hoverboards, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic transportation devices. If your board isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process to ensure a quick refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the hoverboard is clean, placed in its original packaging with all accessories, and that the battery is charged to approximately 50% for safe transport.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
